Abstract
Tectonically predisposed valley of the Jizera river is very susceptible to slope movements, in the section between the town of Semily and village of Dolní Sytová. Frequency and position of the slope deformations respects geological and geomorfological structure of the area of interest. Many costructions and buildings were constructed on the lanslide and showing same stability failure. The entire area is concerned as a high-risk zone with necessary of engineering-geological studies in the future.
