The flood plain gravel is composed of orthogneises, granulites, quartzites and granodiorites. Newertheless hydrothermal quartz and sedimentary silicites predominate. The lithologies indicate the transport from NW (Moldanubicum) and from N (Brno Massif and Moravicum).
